The Federal Council has published the results of the consultation on the “Federal Act on the Adaptation of Federal Law to Developments in the Technology of Distributed Electronic Registers”. Conclusion: A barrel full of contradictions without a clear concept, no technology neutrality but also insufficient control or minimum requirements, in short a patchwork. Interestingly, the security community did not get involved, apparently they unfortunately overlooked this, otherwise there would have been much more criticism.
