The Swiss Information Governance Competence Centre (krm) will be one of the first CH companies to fully digitize its shares as part of its conversion into a public limited company (AG). The krm will hold its shares on the digital share platform daura (https:\/\/www.daura.ch\/) and is thus optimally positioned for the future and for further expansion steps.<\/p>\n
